When you receive our newsletter or any other advertising material from us, you can opt out of or withdraw your permission for any future use of your personal information for marketing purposes – even to the extent permitted without your express permission – by simply informing us of your wishes and specifically by unsubscribing from our newsletter. You will not incur any costs for the removal of your personal information or for unsubscribing. The only cost for you if you notify us by email will be the amount for the transmission of your message charged by your provider. The specifics of your orders will be stored by us. You have the option of registering with us (email address and password). As part of your registration you will have access to the information we store about your person and your orders. We utilise so-called “cookies” on our website. “Cookies” are small files that are sent via your browser and stored on your data storage device. On our website we use the newsletter and analytics service "SALESManago" from BENHAUER Sp. Z.o.o. with its registered office at 21 Grzegórzecka St. 31-532 Krakow, Poland.

Pseudonymized user profiles

SALESManago uses cookies to create a pseudonymous user profile and to recognize you when you visit our website again. For this purpose, your IP address and http/https log data are collected. The purpose of the processing is to tailor our offer according to your needs and to show you personalized advertising. The legal basis for the processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The user profile may be merged with the following personal data at a later point:

• First and last name

• e-mail address

• Times of visits to the TonerPartner website

• Technical browser settings

• Company information (name of your company, position)

Your data will be stored for a maximum of 12 months. If you are a newsletter subscriber, we store your data until the end of your subscription. If you withdraw your consent, your personal data will no longer be processed with effect for the future.   

Newsletter subscription

If you would like to receive the newsletter available on the website with regular information about our offers and products, we require your e-mail address as mandatory information. You can provide additional data on a voluntary basis for us to be able and address you personally in the newsletter.

We use the so-called double opt-in procedure for sending the newsletter. This means that we will only send you our newsletter by e-mail if you have expressly confirmed that you consent to the sending of newsletters. In the first step, you will receive an e-mail with a link that you can use to confirm that you, as the owner of the corresponding e-mail address, want to receive newsletters in the future. With the confirmation, you give us your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR to using your personal data for the purpose of sending the desired newsletter.

When registering for the newsletter, we store, in addition to the e-mail address required for sending, the IP address through which you registered for the newsletter, as well as the date and time of registration and confirmation, to be able to track possible misuse.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link included in each newsletter or by sending an e-mail to the controller named above. After unsubscribing, your e-mail address will be deleted from our newsletter distribution list immediately, unless you have expressly consented to the continued use of the collected data or the continued processing is otherwise permitted by law.

Our e-mail newsletters are sent via the above-mentioned technical service provider SALESManago, to whom we pass on your data provided during newsletter registration and with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR to ensure that your data is processed in accordance with our instructions.

The service provider uses the information from the newsletter registration based your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR to send and statistically evaluate the newsletters on our behalf. For the evaluation, the sent emails contain so-called web beacons or tracking pixels, which are single-pixel image files stored on our website. This makes it possible to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any, have been clicked on. With the help of so-called conversion tracking, it can also be analyzed whether a predefined action (e.g. purchase of a product on our website) has taken place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. In addition, technical information is recorded (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). This data is used for statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns and may be merged with other customer information for customer management purposes. The results of these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests of the recipients. If you wish to object to the data analysis for statistical evaluation purposes, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter.
